Appointments & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will have a $100 fee or 50% of the scheduled service (whichever is greater) applied.
Card on File
To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the fee will be processed to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service time. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling to ensure we provide the best experience for all patients.
